OpenLife reports that tension has erupted in Nollywood following a heated exchange involving Doris Ogala, Tonto Dikeh, and Uche Maduagwu.
The controversy began after Doris Ogala publicly criticized Tonto Dikeh, accusing her of “stealing her destiny” and making several disparaging remarks. Her comments surfaced just hours after Tonto announced she had denounced the name “King Tonto” and adopted the title Evangelist Tonto Dikeh, signaling a renewed spiritual direction.
In response, Uche Maduagwu took to social media to defend Tonto Dikeh, describing her as his best friend and strongly criticizing Doris Ogala.
“DORIS, it will take you 35 Years to be on the same LEVEL with EVANGELIST TONTO DIKEH. me go respond to you because she’s my BEST FRIEND.” he wrote.
He further added, “You Started Acting before me but today, even my Red BRA Popular pass you. Aunty, everybody know your STORY in Nollywood, should I tell them?”
The exchange has since generated significant reactions online, with fans and industry observers weighing in on the escalating dispute.
As of the time of reporting, Doris Ogala has not issued a fresh response to Uche Maduagwu’s remarks.
