OpenLife Nigeria has gathered that Bio energy fact-finding mission, with a focus on waste-to-energy has been fixed to hold in March between 1 and 3.
According to statement signed by Godwin Aigbokhan, Head, Competence Center Energy and Environment, Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Nigeria (AHK Nigeria) ,activities lined up for the webinar include company presentations; technical presentations; virtual site visits; networking, B2B opportunities and product demonstrations.

Bio energy (whether in the form of biogas from energy crops, biodegradable waste, solid biomass or liquid biomass) has played a major role in Germany’s energy transition contributing to about 10% of primary energy consumption and about 8.1% to gross electricity generation in 2018 while also providing broader economic benefits. As the world leader in Bio energy solutions, German companies have acquired the necessary competences to develop world-class projects in this field.
