Mission

At Sparkle, our passion is driven by the belief that every child, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity. Over the years, we have created lasting social impact through education, community development, and sustainability initiatives.

What drives us the most is seeing lives transformed, whether by empowering teachers to inspire the next generation, expanding access to quality education for underserved children, or developing programs that strengthen communities and promote environmental sustainability.

We are motivated by the conviction that meaningful change begins with people, collaboration, and a commitment to serving others.

Methodology

Our approach goes beyond the classroom. We invest in teacher capacity building, improve learning environments, promote digital literacy, support children’s educational needs, and implement community-based programs that remove barriers to learning.

By working closely with schools, families, government, and development partners, we create an ecosystem where every child can learn, thrive, and dream without limits.

We are committed to raising not only academically successful children but also leaders, innovators, and change makers who will contribute positively to their communities and the world. Because when we empower a child with the right education, support, and opportunities, we unlock a future of endless possibilities.

Scholarship Programme

At Sparkle Foundation, we believe that no child should be denied an education because of financial hardship. Our scholarship program is designed to give children from underserved and vulnerable communities the opportunity to access quality education and build a brighter future.

Enhancement Programme

At Sparkle Foundation, our Enhancement Programs are focused on improving the quality of education by creating learning environments where both teachers and students can thrive. We recognize that achieving better learning outcomes requires investing in educators, strengthening schools, and equipping children with the skills they need for the future.

So far, we have carried out capacity-building programmes for teachers, improved school infrastructure, expanded access to digital learning through our ICT initiatives, and provided educational support for children in underserved communities. We have also partnered with schools, government institutions, and private sector organizations to implement sustainable solutions that address critical gaps in education.

The Beginning

Sparkle was formally registered in 2016 by the founder Mrs Olasimbo Ojuroye but was operating as an initiative since 2006.
Sparkle was born out of passion for the less privileged children

Your Background

I was working in the bank before I joined Sparkle Foundation

Supports

We get support from individuals, from the government though not financial and we also get support from corporate organizations and we are open to more sponsorships and collaborations because there are more grounds to cover.

Quality As Our Hallmark

At Sparkle Foundation, quality education means more than getting children into school. it means ensuring they receive the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to succeed in life. We are committed to making learning inclusive, engaging, and relevant so that every child, regardless of their background, can reach their full potential.

Our approach focuses on strengthening the entire education ecosystem. We empower teachers through continuous training, provide educational support and learning resources for children, improve learning environments, and promote digital literacy to prepare students for the future.

Medical Outreach

Through our medical outreaches, we provide free health screenings, medical consultations, eye examinations, health education, and access to essential medications in partnership with healthcare professionals and medical organizations. We also implement health awareness campaigns that promote preventive care, healthy lifestyles, and early detection of common health conditions.

Besides, our goal is to bridge healthcare gaps, improve community well-being, and ensure that children and families have the support they need to live healthier lives. By combining healthcare interventions with our education programmes, we take a holistic approach to community development, creating healthier communities where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Partnership with Government

At Sparkle Foundation, we are committed to complementing government efforts not replacing them. By working together, we can expand the reach of quality education, improve access to healthcare, empower vulnerable communities, and accelerate progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, ensuring that no child or community is left behind.
So we seek stronger collaboration and above all increase funding for education.
