APC Fulfilled ‘Prophecy’

APC Fulfilled Prophecy

OpenLife Nigeria reports that as angry youths in Kano on Monday staged protests following President Muhammadu Buhari’s official visit to the state, those who do not forget easily stated that it was a 2015 prophetic fulfillment on the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC and President Buhari with likely consequence on Tinubu in the February 25 presidential contest.
According to the history chroniclers, former Minister of Information, Prince Tony Momoh, had, in 2015 December called on Nigerians to stone President Buhari and the APC if they observe failures in governance.
Late Momoh, in the midst of anxiety in the land over the state of the nation, had assured that President Muhammadu Buhari has the capacity to tackle headlong the myriad of problems confronting Nigeria, adding that he remained the only President since independence who diligently sought the office and got it.
Momoh, then a chieftain of APC, who spoke in Auchi, Etsako West Local Council of Edo, stressed that Nigerians stood to be the biggest beneficiary of the APC administration.
The Auchi prince thundered: “At the end of the day if Buhari doesn’t perform, stone us.”
In fulfillment of that admonition, roundly descibed as prophecy, the mammoth Kano youths who were carrying sticks and throwing stones at Buhari were chanting “ba mu so” (we don’t want) as they set a bonfire of tires along Hotoro Road where the president had left after commissioning the Muhammadu Buhari Interchange.
The protest came few days after a similar incident occurred in Katsina, the president’s hometown.
Reports have it that some sections of all the four major roads leading the newly constructed Muhammadu Buhari Interchange Flyover were closed for two days in anticipation of the president’s visit. In video clips circulated on social media, other youths were seen throwing pebbles at the president and his entourage.
Reacting , an APC chieftain who does not want his name mentioned enthused “When APC came with change, they were hailing him sai baba, sai Buhari. He changed to next level then it turned to hunger and poverty. Now the same APC is coming with another half living human being calling himself emilokan,” he said.
