Aide speaks on Atiku collapsing in Abuja

Paul Ibe, aide to PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar has debunked reports that his principal collapsed to Abuja and was flown to Paris for treatment.

Recall that former aviation minister and APC chieftain, Femi Fani-Kayode alleged that Atiku is critically ill.

FFK alleged that Atiku collapsed in Abuja and has been flown to Paris for treatment.

Countering FFK, Paul Ibe said Atiku travelled last night on a scheduled trip to Europe.

Last month, Atiku travelled to same Europe in the guise of a business trip.

Atiku Collapsed, Flown To Paris For Treatment – FFK Alleges

According to the statement, the PDP presidential candidate is billed to meet with the technical partners of one of his business entities that was impacted by the Covid-19 global lockdown and the consequent economic downturn.

“The meeting will also focus on conclusive discussions for a planned expansion of its production facility,” it stated.
