In a move to consolidate on the on-going onslaught against criminals by security agencies, the newly appointed Flag Officer Commanding, FOC, Naval Training Command, Rear Admiral FF Ogu , on Friday, June 26, paid a courtesy visit on Zone 2 Assistant Inspector-General of Police, AIG Ahmed Iliyasu to evolve fresh land and water strategic measures against criminal activities.
A statement signed by DSP Hauwa Idris-Adamu, Zonal Police Public Relations Officer, stated that the visit is in furtherance of the synergy between Nigerian Navy and the Nigerian Police in ensuring the security of lives and properties in the environment.
The officers both expressed commitments and readiness to synergize in combating crime and criminality with the best practices.
