Adequate Security Arrangements In Place For Hitch-Free Eid-el-Fitr Celebrations—Kebbi Police Command Assures Public

OpenLife Nigeria reproduces a statement issued by Kebbi State Police Command assuring the public of safety during the Eid-el-Fitr celebrations

 

ENHANCED SECURITY MEASURES AHEAD OF EID, RESIDENTS URGED TO STAY VIGILANT AND OBEY TRAFFIC RULES

As we approach the end of Ramadan and prepare for the Eid celebrations, the Kebbi State Police Command wishes to inform the general public that adequate security arrangements have been put in place to ensure a safe and peaceful festive period.
Personnel have been deployed to strategic locations across the State, while patrols and other security measures have been intensified.

Residents are advised to remain law-abiding and vigilant. Drivers are particularly urged to avoid over-speeding and other traffic violations often associated with the celebrations.
