VeryDarkMan Blasts Government Over Rising Fuel Costs

OpenLife reports that Nigeria is facing another surge in fuel prices, and social media activist VeryDarkMan has voiced sharp criticism. In a recent video circulating online, he highlighted the dramatic rise in costs compared to his complaints from last year.

“Look at my 2023 video where I was complaining about fuel at over ₦600. Today, fuel is above ₦1,000,” he said, highlighting the steep climb in costs.

The activist directly accused the government of failing Nigerians in managing subsidies.

“We know the Nigerian government will mismanage the fuel subsidy, they’re just looking for ways to ste@l more,” he said.

VeryDarkMan didn’t stop at fuel. He painted a grim picture of the country’s overall state:

“Everything is falling apart, doctors go on strike, public schools are failing, and the situation is wørse than before the same government is still campaigning for reelection.”
