Mirabel’s Rape Allegation Untrue—Neighbour
OpenLife Nigeria reports that about 48 hours ago, a lady, identified as Mirabel, was said to have been rapped.
According to the story, Mirabel was alone in her apartment on a Sunday morning when a rapist broke in.
Everyone had gone to church, and she had drunk some alcohol the night before to help her sleep, but she stayed awake until 6 a.m.
The rapist knocked; thinking it was her neighbor going to church or needing something urgently, she opened the door and was pushed back. She hit her head on the fridge and passed out.
She woke up with her hands tied and mouth gagged. The rapist tried to penetrate her but couldn’t, so he cut her vulva with a blade and used the blood as lubricant. Afterward, he left her tied up.
He later sent her an anonymous message: his father was rich enough to bury the case if she reported it, and she couldn’t even identify him because she had rejected him twice.

However, a new twist has arisen in the Mirabel saga as the viral girl who claimed she was gr@ped days ago now faces fresh controversy, with her next-door neighbour speaking out and making claims that sharply contradict her story, according to him:

“The gr@pe did not happen. I did not hear any shouting when the alleged incident occurred.
What pains me is that she said her mum passed away a few days ago, and the whole compound contributed money for her.
I checked her page and saw that she posted about her mum’s passing last December.
I’ve seen her with a man before. He comes around often, and they take some things. I don’t believe her story.”
