Teachers And Pattern Of Votes In 2023

OpenLife Nigeria reports that just as presidential candidates across party lines are concluding the process of picking running mates, a development that signals the proper commencement of the 2023 political race, teachers are rolling out terms and conditions for politicians to enjoy their supports and votes, arguing that it is no longer going to be business as usual.
In clear terms, teachers are saying the age of rewards in heaven has been outlived in view of economic realities.
Speaking in Lagos during an interactive session, Princess Linda Chinonye Ezekwesilii, who was recently voted as Best Nigeria Young Teacher of the Year, bares her mind on the ills of successive Nigerian governments to teachers.
The event which was captured by Cerutti Media Inspirational TV quoted her as saying: “Government should support teachers. Don’t make them back benchers. Encourage teachers at all levels. They determine the future of the children,” the award winning teacher advised.
Further, Princess Ezekwesili emphasized that teachers are saying NO to rewards in heaven adding that it is ” Pathetic government officers are living large when teachers are owed several months of unpaid wages. The labourer deserves his bread in line with King Solomon’s wise admonition,” she said. The Princess stressed that in 2023,
teachers will only vote the presidential candidate with implementable and friendly policies.for teachers.
