<p><em>Faith Alhassan&comma; a 20 years old mother kills her own baby to marry former boy friend<&sol;em><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">OpenLife Nigeria<&sol;a> <&sol;strong>reports that a mother has thrown own baby into well to marry former boyfriend&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;According to the story made available to OpenLife&comma; a 20 years old mother simply identified as Faith Alhassan&comma; has been apprehended by Police operatives in Kaduna state&comma; for killing her own baby by throwing her into a deep well&comma; to enable her marry her former boyfriend&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>This online medium gathered that the ex boyfriend had previously told her that he was not ready to accept her and the baby&period; This fueled Faith&comma; into doing the unthinkable&comma; which landed her in Police custody&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Police operatives&comma; disclosed that on December 28&comma; 2020 at about 7&colon;00am&comma; the corpse of a baby girl was found in a well at Gantan village of Kachia local government area of the State&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>They said upon the finding&comma; they set out to find the person responsible of such atrocity&period; <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">Police<&sol;a> operatives said&comma; on going around the village&comma; and asking questions pertaining the incident&comma; they came upon the suspect&comma; and arrested her&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>According to the Police&comma; the culprit went into Gantan village with the baby girl to meet her former boyfriend&comma; who goes by the name Dolan Yakubu whom she dumped years back&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The Police said it was after the Father of her ex boyfriend complained about the baby&comma; that she went outside&comma; where she saw a well&comma; and threw the baby inside the well&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>However&comma; Faith&comma; who is currently in Police custody told newsmen that she didn’t kill her baby because she wanted to marry her former boyfriend&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>She however&comma; told journalist that she didn’t know what came upon her and drove her into doing the thing she did&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;I am here because of my daughter that I threw into the well and she died&comma; I don’t know what came over me when I carried out the act&period;”<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;I did not kill her because I want to marry&comma; I just don’t know what entered me&comma; I am not happy for doing&comma; ” she said&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Meanwhile&comma; the Kaduna State Police Commissioner CP Umar M&period; Muri said that she will be arraigned in court upon completion of the investigation&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
